As we close out 2024, we reflect on a year marked by disciplined investment activity, operational progress across our portfolio, and continued development of our platform. This year, we evaluated over 150 opportunities across our three core sectors: Industrial Technology, Business & IT Services, and Consumer Health & Wellness. Our selective approach led to meaningful progress on several potential transactions, while maintaining our discipline on valuation and fit with our investment criteria.

Our existing portfolio companies achieved notable milestones:

- Strategic Repositioning: Supported management teams in refining go-to-market strategies, entering adjacent markets, and enhancing product offerings.

Platform Development
We continued to build our investment platform by:
